Der Entwickler von WhatsApp+ hat dem Druck des offiziellen WhatsApp nachgegeben und selbst das Ende mit den Worten „RIP WhatsApp+“ verkündet.
Wie in einer Mitteilung vom WhatsApp+ Entwickler Dr. Mounib Al Rifai zu lesen ist bekam er eine Unterlassungserklärung von WhatsApp und wurde aufgefordert alle Download-Links und die Community zu entfernen.
We have received a cease and desist letter from WhatsApp and we are obligated to remove all download links and unfortunately delete this community…
Am really sorry for this but it’s out of our hands and WhatsApp has pushed us into a corner that we can’t escape this time..
It was a fun ride but it has come to an end..

Dies war offensichtlich eine weitere Maßnahme gegen den Drittanbieter WhatsApp+ der nicht zur offiziellen Messenger App gehört. Denn zusätzlich wurden zahlreiche WhatsApp Nutzer vorübergehend gesperrt.
